the art of living well. the art of living consciously.
the art of living well
Living well is about transforming how you experience your everyday life.
At the core of this work is developing awareness of the patterns—often outside of conscious awareness—that shape your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, body, and relationships, and learning how to evolve them from survival-based responses into more coherent, supportive, and expansive ways of living.
Through this process, you begin to:
• recognise and understand the patterns that have been shaping your responses
• create a different relationship with your mind, expanding your perception and perspective on life
• reduce reactivity and increase choice in how you respond
• feel more connected to and guided by your physical body
• create healthier, more authentic relationships
• experience greater ease, clarity, and fulfilment
This is a practical, embodied process that supports you to live your life in a way that feels better—internally and externally.
the art of living consciously
Living consciously is an essential part of this process. It creates the space and environment to make the personal changes that support you to live well.
As your system becomes more regulated and coherent, you begin to develop conscious awareness—the ability to witness and observe your thoughts, emotions, and responses, rather than being fully identified with them.
From here, awareness naturally expands beyond your personal patterns. You begin to notice a growing sense of connection to yourself, to others, and to life as a whole.
Living consciously is the process of becoming aware of:
• the deeper intelligence that moves through life
• your own unique expression of that intelligence
• the interconnected nature of everything
• the consciousness that exists beneath your thoughts, emotions, and your physical experience
• the unseen quantum realm that underpins all that exists
Our conscious reconnection is not about adopting beliefs or learning vast amounts of knowledge. It is a framework that guides you towards your own direct experience and exploration of life.
awakening
Awakening is the natural unfolding of this process. As you begin to transform the way you live and experience life, and develop your conscious awareness, awakening begins to emerge from within you.
It is not something separate from everyday life, but a deepening awareness of what life is, how you are part of it, and your own unique experience and expression within it.
In simple terms, awakening is:
• recognising that you are not only your physical body, thoughts, emotions, or past, but an expression of consciousness, and exploring what this means for you
• becoming aware of the wider field of consciousness within which your experience arises
• experiencing yourself as part of something larger than your individual self
• allowing your unique expression of consciousness, and the natural intelligence of life, to be lived through you as part of your everyday human experience
For most people, awakening unfolds gradually, as patterns move from survival into coherence, and from coherence into expansion.

ways of working with our conscious reconnection
I have developed our conscious reconnection as a framework that is accessible in a variety of ways.
one-to-one
Individual sessions provide a focused, personalised space to explore your patterns in depth.
We work with your lived experience—your thoughts, emotions, body responses, and relationships—to support meaningful and lasting change.
These sessions combine therapeutic understanding with a broader awareness of consciousness and awakening.
face-to-face groupwork
Groupwork offers a shared environment for exploration and learning.
Groups may be individually and experientially focused, for example working with the senses or supportive tools such as movement, music, sacred oils, and sound. Alternatively, I guide the group to work alongside each other, where others provide the mirror that allows people to see patterns more clearly, experience relational dynamics in real time, and deepen your understanding through shared experience and reflection.
living wisdom library
The living wisdom library is a developing collection of contemplations, practices, and courses.
It is designed to support self-led exploration, allowing you to engage with the framework in your own time and at your own pace.
this includes:
• guided contemplations
• structured courses
• practical tools for daily life
• deeper explorations of consciousness and pattern
live courses
Live courses offer structured online learning with guidance and support.
These bring together teaching, reflection, and experiential practice, and are easily accessed online to help you integrate our conscious reconnection principles in a consistent and supported way.
a final note
This work is not about becoming someone different.
It is about understanding the patterns that shape your experience, transforming them where needed and reconnecting with the deeper intelligence that is already within you.
From here, you can live well, live consciously, and support the natural process of awakening.

My name is Jane Bielby and our conscious reconnection has been quietly taking shape within me for over eighteen years. It began following the unexpected death of a close friend—an experience that led me into personal therapy, formal psychotherapy training, and more than a decade of running a private therapeutic practice.
Over time, I began to notice that my work was increasingly centred not on isolated experiences, but on the deeper patterns people repeatedly live out—within their bodies, relationships, emotions, and sense of meaning. This recognition gradually led me beyond a purely clinical framework and into a more integrative exploration of consciousness, embodiment, nature, awakening and relationship.
Our conscious reconnection has grown from this journey. It is an invitation to slow down, sense more deeply, and bring awareness to the patterns shaping our lives—so that conscious attention itself can become a catalyst for healing, coherence, and meaningful change.
